Delete your Lotter account

You can delete your account yourself, in the phone app or on the website. It deletes your account and everything in it, on all your devices, at once. There is no undo.

Before you start

Export any terrain you want to keep. The file opens in GIS software and Google Earth. If you own an Organization that other people work in, give the Owner role to another Member or delete the Organization first. You need to be online, and to be able to read the email you sign in with: we send you a code to confirm.

In the phone app

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Read what is deleted, then choose Email me a code.
  4. Enter the 6-digit code from the email, then choose Delete my account.

On the website

  1. Sign in at app.lotter-app.com.
  2. Open Settings, then Delete account.
  3. Read what is deleted, then choose Email me a code.
  4. Enter the 6-digit code from the email, then choose Delete my account.

What is deleted

Your account and your settings, and every Organization where you are the only Member, with its terrains, boundaries, notes, work logs, Attachments, species, and work types. You are taken out of other Organizations; work you logged and Attachments you added there stay, shown as from a deleted account. Lotter also removes them from your phones, including work that has not synced. We ask RevenueCat to delete its record of you. When it is done, we send you a short email. Our host keeps technical logs for [a short time], then they are removed.

If you pay for Unlimited

Deleting your account does not stop the payments. Cancel first, where you bought it: in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or in Plans on the website.

If you cannot read your email any more

Write to privacy@lotter-app.com and tell us the email address of the account. We check that the account is yours, then delete it by hand.

If you sign up again later with the same email, you start with a new, empty account.
